ACCESS Housing Repairing Water Damaged Properties

By: Bill Reinke
June 02, 2015

Adams County, CO—In early May, a sewer back-up, caused by faults in city and housing project plumbing lines, occurred in one of ACCESS Housing’s units. ACCESS Housing immediately hired a contractor to repair the damage, but the contractor ultimately did not complete the work. Consequently, ACCESS Housing hired a new contractor to repair the damage, but, unfortunately, the repair has been delayed. ACCESS has provided the affected resident stay at a motel, as well as a cash payment, and will assure the resident is reimbursed for any other damages. ACCESS Housing apologizes for the delay and the inconvenience.
